What is your return window and what are the conditions?
Customers can return unused, in-stock products within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition. Special orders or custom products, including hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and carpet cut to size, cannot be returned.

How long after buying can a customer return or exchange?
You can return or exchange unused, in-stock flooring products within 14 days of your purchase date. Beyond this 14-day window, returns or exchanges for change of mind will not be accepted. We encourage you to inspect your order upon receipt to ensure it meets your expectations.

Does the flooring need to be in perfect, unused condition?
Yes, for all returns and exchanges (excluding manufacturing defects), the flooring must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition, including its original packaging. Any signs of installation, wear, or damage will void the return policy. This ensures fairness and allows us to restock items for other customers.

Who pays for shipping if a customer returns flooring bought online?
If a customer wishes to return flooring purchased online due to a change of mind or similar reasons, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Cocky Floors will only cover shipping costs if the return is due to a verifiable error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped, damaged product upon arrival).
